MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor's reality show titled “Lock Upp”, where 17 contestants will be locked in jail, play the game, and fight for getting bail to survive, was launched on MX Player and Alt Balaji. 

The audience has given it a thumbs-up. 

Kangana Ranaut made her OTT debut on the show as a host. She guides the contestants. The entire concept is a setup in jail. 

The contestants are fighting to survive and to entertain the audience.

The weekend before last, wild-card contestant Vinit Kakar was eliminated from the show. TellyChakkar got in touch with the actor and asked him whom he would like to be friends with in the outside world, who is spreading negativity in the game, and much more. 

Post the show, whom would you keep in touch with? 

I would love to be friends with Zeeshan. He is such a good soul to know and a lovely human being. He is real, and it would be nice to be friends with him. 

Who do you think is spreading negativity in the show? 

There is no doubt that it's Munawar. He has many followers who are following him without any thought. Anjali is his biggest support system. 

Who do you think would win the show? 

I think Zeeshan would win the show, as he is playing the game well and doesn’t get into unnecessary arguments. He is a positive team player. 

Are you open to doing any reality show like Bigg Boss or Khatron Ke Khiladi in the future? 

Yes, I would love to do a reality show in the future, especially Bigg Boss, but I need to be in the show from the start. I won’t do any reality show as a wild-card entry. 

Well, although Vinit’s game was short, he made a place in the audience’s hearts. Today, he has a massive fan following.
