MUMBAI: Prime Video, India’s most loved entertainment destination, today unveiled a gripping trailer of its much-awaited Tamil Original horror crime drama series, Inspector Rishi, at a grand event, Prime Video Presents, India. Created by Nandhini JS, the series features actor Naveen Chandra in the titular role, along with a talented cast including Sunainaa, Kanna Ravi, Malini Jeevarathnam, Srikrishna Dayal, and Kumaravel in pivotal roles. The ten-episode series is slated to premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and over 240 countries and territories on March 29. Inspector Rishi is the latest addition to the Prime membership. The trailer transports viewers to a picturesque village in Tamil Nadu, teeming with lush greenery and exotic wildlife. But the idyllic setting takes a sinister turn when mysterious deaths begin to plague the community. A skeptical inspector, Rishi, along with two sub-inspectors, Ayyanar and Chitra, is tasked with the challenge of uncovering the secrets of the forest and finding out the truth behind these inexplicable events. The trio not only navigates through challenges in their personal lives but also battles supernatural forces at play, which test their resolve and abilities to the limit.
