MUMBAI: Indeed one of the most loved and followed stars of Indian cinema is Raveena Tandon. It is always a treat to watch the actress on screen and now, she is all set to be seen in the upcoming OTT series titled Karmma Calling, which will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar.

Earlier, we got to watch the teaser of the series and the audience felt intrigued by it as everyone started wondering how the series will turn out to be.

Later, the creators of the series released the trailer wherein we can feel the intensity rising. The trailer shows how the series is based on revenge and Karma, as in the consequences of actions.

Now, the audience finally got to watch the series and we must say, it is really going to keep you hooked through and through. The cast includes Raveena Tandon, Devangshi Sen, Namrata Sheth, Varun Sood, Vikramjeet Virk, Viraf Patel, Amy Aela, Rohit Roy, Gaurav Sharma, Waluscha D’Souza and many more. The wonderful part about the show is that all the members of the cast play a key role and contribute towards the progression of the story.

The plot of the show is just what we see in the trailer. Karma Talwar enters the life of the Kothari family only to take revenge from Indrani Kothari for she changed her life and made it a living hell.

The director has done a really good job with the adaptation and storytelling. Also, giving a realistic touch to the show and keeping things really on-point.

The screenplay is captivating and the BGM helps to keep you hooked. Meanwhile, the performances of the actors are on-point. As all the actors are playing an important role, every actor does their job well, including Devangshi Sen who is a debutante but feels as if she is already a pro at her art.

Out of all, if we had to pick one thing positive about the series, it’ll be the overall battle between Namrata Sheth and Raveena Tandon and how everyone gets included in the battle and Raveena Tandon still stays at the top of the chain with her acting and her personality.

Though there are many things great about the series, we would have loved to see more face-off scenes between Karma and Indrani. 

All-in-all, it’s an entertaining watch that will bring you to the edge of your seat for sure. Tellychakkar gives it a 3.5 out of 5. A more intriguing presentation, stronger screen presence of Indrana played by Raveena Tandon and strong face-off between Karma and Indrani would've earned the extra 1.5 stars.
