Shamin Mannan

MUMBAI: She was an engineer in the making when she decided to leave everything behind and choose acting as a career. The gorgeous Shamin Mannan began her career with Zee TV’s daily Banoo Main Teri Dulhann.

Shamin was later seen in Colors’ Maat Pitah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg and was applauded and much loved by her fans for her performance in Star Plus’ Santaan. She aced her role in Colors’ Sanskaar – Dharohar Apno Ki as the female lead Bhoomi.

The stunning beauty manages to stay connected with her fans through her social media account despite her work and personal commitments.

In a tête-à-tête with TellyChakkar, Shamin answers a few fun questions. Read on to know more.

1. Your 2 AM friend?

My love, Atul!

2. Kiss with your eyes open or shut?

Obviously shut (chuckles)

3. A hottie you would like to get naughty with?

Without a doubt, Ryan Gosling. He is one of my favourites.

4. Ever been hit on by the same sex?

Yes, a bunch of times. So I was in a lounge when a girl came out of nowhere and gave me a peck on my cheek. I didn’t know how to react. I was just stunned. (laughs)

5. The first thing you want in the morning?

My cup of coffee

6. And the last thing you do at night?

I pray before I doze off to sleep.

7. Given a chance, which magical power would you want?

(Thinks) I would say a shape shifter, so that I get to become anyone anytime I want.

8. Whom do you want to go on a quickie date with?

I wouldn’t call it a quickie date, but a quick, cute date with Ranbir Kapoor (wink wink).

9. One night stands are…?

Might work for people but not for me
