MUMBAI: Sahil Khan who was famous for his youthful comedies in the Hindi film fraternity has been in a soup. He is entangled in a legal case. The star known for films like ‘Style’ and ‘Excuse Me’, got arrested in relation to the Mahadev betting app case, which has shaken the nation.

The star who is also a fitness model entered Hindi films with 'Style' in 2001. The film was a cult classic among the young generation. Sahil's hot body gave him a lot of fame with his screen presence. His appearance in the music clip 'Nachange Sari Raat' made him a star overnight. His acting career did not take wings so he got into bodybuilding and fitness. He started giving fitness tips, getting into entrepreneurship and starting his brand of fitness supplements and an array of gyms. His legal cries began when his anticipatory bail reportedly got rejected.

According to a TOI report, the star travelled 1800 km across five states in four days to escape arrest. The connection between him and the Mahadev betting app case arises from his promoting online betting platform Khiladi Book which is associated with Mahadev. Reportedly the Mahadev betting app case has a lot of illegal transactions going around Rs 15,000 crore. His connection with ‘The Lion Book App' reportedly got him under scrutiny.

Reports reveal the net worth of Sahil is between Rs 40 to Rs 60 crore. He has a private jet and lives an affluent life. As of now, the model has complete faith in the Indian judiciary system, reportedly.
