MUMBAI: Rohit Purohit and Sheena Bajaj were recent guests at Rajan Shahi’s iftar party.
Rohit has recently come on board for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in the role of Armaan and while Rohit feels blessed, Sheena is extremely proud of him and feels that an opportunity like this one was long due.
In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, Sheena shared, “This was due and it is a dream come true moment. There could not be a better opportunity than this. I am very blessed and I am thankful to God for Rohit’s opportunity. “
When asked about watching Rohit on-screen, Sheena expressed, “I do not watch Rohit from a wife’s point of view while he is performing. I watch him as an audience. A wife should be supportive for the job which a husband is doing brilliantly, it he is just doing his job. I don’t feel complex while watching him romance on-screen because of this reason.”
Rohit contributed saying, “There isn’t a moment that I am performing and Sheena does not notice. I am blessed to have this show and Sheena as my wife. If Sheena was not supportive, I would not be able to come so far in my career. When she was my girlfriend 10 years ago, she was supportive and now that she is my wife, she is all the more supportive. Sheena has a huge contribution in my life.”
