She says she prefers watching American television. True Blood and Brothers and Sisters are shows she loves watching to unwind. Yes, she does watch her shows “because I have to” but otherwise, Ekta Kapoor would rather look west.

From a successful creative head for shows like Kitani Mohabbat Hai and Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil, Vikas Goopta has now shifted his focus to acting. TellyChakkar caught up Vikas who makes his debut with <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/fanaa-sees-lots-changes>Ekta Kapoor</a>’s new show on Star One. <strong>Tell us about your early days</strong>

If you think, social networking sites are just for fun, you are mistaken. They can mean serious business too. Ask Karan Kundra, if you have any doubts. Ekta Kapoor discovered Kundra on a social networking forum and was so impressed by his credentials that she immediately offered him <em>Kitni Mohabbat Hai</em>. The rest, as we all know, is history. Kundra has become the heartthrob of thousands of girls across the country. Neha Sargam is another example.

It’s a pleasant surprise to see Pooja Bose, the pretty Bengali actress in Maharashtrian garb. Wearing a nine-yard <em>sari</em>, Bose performs <em>laavni</em> in her third Balaji Telefilms offering <em>Sarvaguna Sampanna</em>. Catching her in an upbeat mood TellyChakkar chatted with the actress. <strong>It’s your third soap with Balaji Telefilms, how is the experience?</strong> My experience with Balaji has been good so far. I am very comfortable working with the unit and see them as my family. I am very attached to them now and I am glad Ekta (Kapoor) likes my work.
