For some time now, Vidya Balan has been mysteriously cancelling her professional assignments with the most recent one being her schedule appearance at the Melbourne Indian Film Festival of which she is the brand ambassador. While speculations of her alleged pregnancy being the reason behind her exit was paraded around, the actress staunchly denied all those rumours. In an interview given to a leading tabloid, Vidya mentioned her ill health as the reason behind her sudden exit from films and other related assignments. However, there was no clarification on the exact nature of the so-called ill-health. Now Bollywood grapevine is abuzz with news of her marriage with UTV head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur running into troubled times and this being the reason of her ill-health. Apparently, Siddharh Roy Kapur and a new starlet being promoted by him for an upcoming film is reportedly believed to have been getting too close for Vidya’s comfort. Reports suggest that Siddharth and the actress allegedly hung out and spend time together when Vidya was away from home for shoots. Sources say that this has been causing a lot of upheaval in Vidya’s personal life and that is the major cause of her stress. Apparently, Vidya has expressed her displeasure at her hubby promoting the new actress than is needed. And this is believed to be the real reason behind her cancelling out events to spend time at home so as to keep an eye on Siddharth and his alleged shenanigans.
