Mumbai, July 28, 2017: The award winning Director Madhur Bhandarkar is back with the movie Indu Sarkar. The trailer of the movie is already making waves. Today the first song of the movie, Chadhta Sooraj was launched at the Twitter Blueroom.
Chadhta Sooraj is a famous Qawwali song sung by legendary singer Aziz Nazan. For the movie Indu Sarkar his son Mujtaba Aziz Nazan has recreated the magic. The music for the song is given by none other than the talented music director Anu Malik.
Indu Sarkar is based on Indira Gandhi’s declaration of Emergency in India during the 21-month period from 1975 to 1977. The movie features Kirti Kulhari, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Anupam Kher and Neil Nitin Mukesh. The song Chadhta Sooraj helps illustrates emergency in a very poetic light.
