The first one in the list s Singh Is Bliing, the movie which has Akshay Kmar and Amy Jackson in the lead, was first offered to the actress Kriti Sanon, it is said that the actress had to walk out the movie due to her busy schedule. 

Half Girlfriend

Kartik’s forthcoming movie Dhamaka which is going to have a OTT release was earlier to be made as the female lead movie, but the actress rejected the role and later it went to actor Kartik.
