MUMBAI: There were rumours about Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame Kartik Aryan being a part of the next movie produced by Karan Johar. However, this is not true.

The reason behind Kartik losing the opportunity was the fact that he discussed this while talks were still on.

The actor revealed on Neha Dhupia’s show No Filter Neha that he declined the role, as he could not connect the character. Further, he added the film was fabulous, but there should be some connection to the character.
