The Chairman of All-India Anti-Terrorist Front, M S Bitta yesterday stressed on the need to make Akshay Kumar's film, Holiday tax-free. Bitta who has survived multiple assassination attempts on his life and has been provided with Z+ security by the government saw the movie yesterday at a special screening organised for him. Waxing eloquent about the movie Bitta said, "Bullets and the accompanying pain never made me cry. But after seeing Holiday, I went numb. The movie moved me so much that I cried. I have been fighting against terrorism for the past 35 years and I am happy that finally a movie has been made that makes all of us aware that it is everyone's duty to save our motherland." Bitta further made an impassioned appeal to make the movie tax-free."This movie will serve as an example against global terrorism. It should be made tax-free," said Bitta and added that it is the state government's prerogative to make it tax -free Akshay Kumar who was present at the press conference emphasised on the importance of making self-defence as a compulsory subject in school. "I have been saying this since the last five years that it is important for every school to have a self defence programme. In fact, I even told Narendra Modi about it long back before he became the PM. It is important for children to be self disciplined," said Akshay. Akshay also revealed his plans of opening a defence school for women of this country. "I am planning to open a school of defence exclusively for women. Here women can come and learn self defence for free. I will be making an announcement on the 6th of this month," said Akshay. Akshay however refused to give a direct answer when asked if profits of the film would be given to martyrs family members. "All I can say is that charity shouldn't be openly done. One shouldn't publicise their charity related activities." Holiday starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha will release on 6 June (2014).
