90 kgs. Yes, that is Aamir Khan's current weight. The actor who is preparing for his next, Dangal has piled on oodles of weight to get into the skin of the character that of an ageing wrestler which he plays in the movie. And to gain weight Aamir surprisingly has decided to turn vegan.

"I am in a phase where I can eat anything that I want to. But I have turned vegetarian now and am not having eggs and milk too."

His decision to turn vegan has much to do with his wife Kiran Rao's persuasion. "Kiran showed me a video which showcased how a change in diet can prevent some common diseases."

Aamir's new vegan diet seems to be working wonders as he has beefed up in quick time for the role. Revealed Aamir, "During Dhoom 3 and Ghajini's time, my weight was 68 kgs with 8 percent body fat. Now I weigh close to 90kgs now. I don't have any plans to put on anymore weight."

Well a perfect 90kgs suits our Mr. Perfectionist well, we say. Meanwhile, Aamir's wife Kiran has planned a surprise birthday bash for him somewhere in Lonavala on 14th March. Aamir however said that he himself had no idea about the plans but revealed that he would celebrate his birthday with the media at his house on 13th March.
