They say if you want to have a positive ‘present’ and ‘future’ then it is wise to leave the negative ‘past’ behind!   

And one such person who seems to believe on this saying is popular Tolly actress Srabanti Chatterjee.

On Sunday, the cute actress got formally engaged to her supermodel boyfriend Krishan Vraj in the presence of her son Jhinuk and the entire Tollywood.

Srabanti looked ravishing in a Rohit Bal creation while Krishan looked handsome in a Manish Malhotra creation.

As per media reports, the couple also had a court marriage (also known as registered marriage) and will get hitched the coming year.

The couple has already decided their honeymoon destination.

Srabanti and Krishan met in the city of Mumbai while shooting for a commercial. They instantly liked each other and then love blossomed. Jhinuk and Krishan too share a deep bonding. 

Earlier Srabanti had two relationships which did not work out.

About her past, she had shared with a daily, “I have been in two relationships before. One of them culminated into marriage, but both went kaput. There was so much bitterness in both the previous relationships."

And about Krishan, she had said, “I never experienced the kind of calm that Krishan has brought into my life. He is my best friend.”
