MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. It is directed by Aanand Rai and stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. Shah Rukh plays a dwarf in the movie and has said that it’s one of the most challenging roles of his career. The teaser of the movie was released in June. Salman will be playing a cameo in the movie.

Now, 18 years after Hey Ram, Shah Rukh will pay homage to Kamal Haasan with Zero, where Shah Rukh plays a midget a la Kamal Haasan. As per some media reports, the director and Shah Rukh plan to have a special screening for Kamal Haasan. Shah Rukh and Aanand Rai want Kamal’s opinion on the midget act in Zero. After all, Kamal’s Appu Raja is still the classiest midget act in Indian cinema.

No matter how the film does, SRK is sure to be compared with Kamal. Having Kamal on board for Zero is a sensible decision.
