MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Earlier, Anirudh and Jhanak’s marriage was revealed in front of everyone. Arshi attempted suicide as she felt betrayed by Anirudh. She gets saved by Anirudh. Everyone decides to nullify Anirudh and Jhanak’s marriage. However, Jhanak is unwilling to do so but she just wants to avoid all such drama therefore she agrees to it.

Now, Shrishti takes Jhanak into the river to fulfil the ritual to nullify marriage with Anirudh. Jhanak is hesitant to do so as she feels scared of water as she is not aware of swimming. Shrishti assures her that she is there with her as Jhanak deep inside Shrishti cunningly leaves her hand pretending to happen suddenly.

Anirudh gets worried, so he and Choton run, and Anirudh dives inside water to save Jhana. Everyone gets worried as he goes inside the water. He takes Jhanak out of the water with the help of Anjana and Choton he keeps her on the floor but she is lying unconscious leaving everyone concerned for her well-being.
