Dhaval will warn Natasha to be careful of a creep like Sandip but she will disagree and not do as he says.

Natasha will go away with Sandip ignoring Dhaval.

Natasha will panic when Sandip will stop the car at an isolated place.

Natasha will worry what he is capable of doing but she will be fearless.

Natasha however will be intoxicated and thus be unable to save herself while Dhaval will come on time to save her.
