Now according to the latest promo of the show, Abhinav comes home and surprised by Akshara’s preparation for their anniversary. Abhinav is aware that it’s their 7th anniversary but Akshara wants to celebrate it as their first. This is Akshara’s way of saying that she has finally decided to move on with Abhinav.

Abhinav will be very happy to see Akshara finally accept his love. However, things are not going to be so smooth for the couple as now a new storm is going to enter their lives.

Just when Akshara and Abhinav will be celebrating their anniversary, Abhir will fall unconscious on the floor and the couple will rush him to the hospital.

Akshara will be teary eyed as she will be in dilemma. Akshara looks at her child and knows that only one person can save him. Therefore, in order to save her son, she calls Abhimanyu.

When Abhimanyu picks up the call, he can only hear Akshara’s crying voice. This will be enough to tell Abhimanyu that Akshara is in trouble.
