Yes, we are talking about Telly Awards and Tellychakkar.com’s party at Firangi Paani held on 4 May (2013) where who’s who of the television industry lived by the words -fun and frolic. Now, let’s focus on the story. At the do, handsome Shashank Vyas (Balika Vadhu) and beautiful Dimple Jhangiani (last seen in Amrit Manthan) looked super cosy and comfy spending time with each other. They talked, laughed and danced together. Everyone wondered, “Well, how long they have been seeing each other.” Aha, as inquisitive as ever, we decided to ask Shashank and Dimple. And we learnt that they met each other for the first time at the bash and gelled instantly. Wow, this is what is called ‘Karmic connection’. “Ankit (Gera) and Adaa (Khan) are my best friends and then Shashank is Ankit’s very good friend, so we all met at the party. At the do, I got introduced to Shashank. This is when Ankit danced with Adaa and I grooved with the other partner, who was Shashank,” informed Dimple. “Yes, we did connect but it’s nothing like love at first sight,” she added. This is what Shashank said: “When you meet people in a party you talk and also dance with them. I don’t think there is any harm in doing so. In fact, Dimple was not the only person I met for the first time at the post event party. It was also the first time with Vivian-Vahbbiz and producer Rajan Shahi and I had conversations with all of them.” Fair enough…but remember, Shashank and Dimple, if there’s a connect, then Cupid’s on his way.
