Star Plus’ popular and long-running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Director’s Kut) has always spread positivity on its loyal viewers. As a complete package, the show has been entertaining people for many years now, with its realistic story lines.

Well, at a point where viewers look forward to the wedding of the young guns, Naksh, essayed by Rohan Mehra and Tara, played by Umang Jain, here comes a dampener...                                                                      

It’s certain that Naksh and Tara’s wedding will not take place in the near future.

Wondering why?

Well, that’s because popular actor Hina Khan aka Akshara does not want to portray the role of a mother-in-law on-screen (this piece of news is already out in media).

So where does this leave the love story of Naksh and Tara?

Well, the creative think-tank is presently working on various options for the story ahead. And the one common factor in the stories thought about is of the charming girl-next-door Tara apparently turning negative.

As per a credible source, “The makers have to show a solid and strong reason for the wedding of Naksh and Tara to break. In order to give justice to the situation there are in, they are contemplating to turn Tara negative. The girl will be shown having problems understanding the wavelength of people in the Singhania household, which will create a rift between Naksh and Tara.”

Aww, so is Umang happy about the development?

Our source further states, “Umang is not happy with the way her character is now shaping up, as this was not in the script that was planned earlier.”

So is this the end to the beautiful love story of Naksh and Tara? Only time will tell.

As of now, it seems like the much-loved Jodi of ‘Nakshatra’ will go through a rocky patch in their relationship...

We tried calling Umang and even dropped text messages, but the girl chose not to comment.

Producer Rajan Shahi and the channel spokesperson, denied this development.
