He feels that the best way to pamper him is by feeding him good food. He claims he is not a fussy eater and can dig into cuisine, though he loves to binge on Indian food. Personal diet mantra: I eat oats for breakfast and then have a proper lunch followed by a light dinner. I prefer eating small amounts at small intervals. Exercise routine: I do cardio and also run 12 KM daily. Occasionally I do weight training. Is food the elixir of life? Yes, I am a big-time foodie. The best way to pamper your self is by eating good food. Food is a basic necessity and a fuel for life. Are you a foodie? Yes, big -time. Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian? Hard core non – vegetarian Favourite cuisine: I am not fussy; I eat every thing, Thai , Chinese , Japanese but when I am really hungry I like to binge on Indian cuisine. Favourite dish: Arhar dal and rice with some homemade potatoes and paneer. Favourite restaurant: Urban Tadka A must at my breakfast table: Oats and oranges Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee... I don’t drink tea/coffee, I have milk. Lunch generally consists of… dal, brown rice or two chapatis, sabzi and curd. For high-tea you would prefer …. A protein shake, as I mostly work out in the evening. Dinner generally consists of… I have sprouts , soup and chicken cooked in any form. Dessert delights… fat-free ice-cream. One thing I can’t resist… any sweet. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)… diet coke My favourite drink (alcoholic)… Jack Daniels on the rock. At parties I have… Scotch or a whisky and in food, whatever is available. Most unusual dish I've tasted… Sushi and I didn’t like it much. It was ok. Experiment with food… I don’t experiment with my food. On the streets, I love to have… dahi puri Do you cook? I know to cook but I don’t.
