Actor Ankur Verma, who was last seen in Star Plus’ Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyar Kya Karein is on bed rest, after he has been diagnosed to be suffering from chikungunya. 

Ouch!! 

Just a few days back, the young lad seemed super-excited to celebrate Navratri in his home town in Haryana. 

However, within few days of reaching his home town, Ankur developed high fever and body ache. After conducting all the required tests, the doctors have now put him on a treatment for chikungunya. 

Says Ankur, “Yes, our family usually celebrates Navrathri with pujas going on for all the days. I came here to be part of the family gathering, but unfortunately, I am now restricted to my bed. I continue to have fever and severe joint pain. Guess I need to give myself some time before getting back to work.”

Ankur is presently looking for yet another challenging project. As we know, Ankur is popularly known as Krishna of Suhani Si Ek Ladki.
