Ekta Kaul who plays the ‘desi’girl Riya in Star Plus’ Mere Angne Mein is apparently looking at a major leap with regards her next project.

The buzz is that the girl has been prepping up for something big!! As per a source, Ekta is eyeing projects out of India, and has even auditioned for an international venture.

Whao!! For a girl who got into the acting sphere with a degree in Biotechnology and an MBA, this is indeed an achievement of sorts.

Ekta who debuted with Rab Se Sohnna Ishq started to learn the technicalities with her very first show. Post that, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa happened which was again a learning curve for the actor, wherein she went in as a complete non-dancer. Bade Achhe Laggte Hain was yet another big opportunity wherein she bettered herself as an actor. Presently, in Mere Angne Mein, Ekta looks the confident actress, ready to showcase her acting skills via challenging projects.

We hear that Ekta is now busy learning Martial Arts and Salsa to groom herself for a biggie!! We got hold of few of Ekta’s recent ‘sensuous’ clicks, which indicate that the ‘desi’ girl is certainly turning ‘raunchy’....

When contacted, Ekta told us, “Presently, I am concentrating on Mere Angne Mein. But yes, I am preparing myself for the next big leap, like any actor would do. I will let you all know if there’s anything in my kitty.”
