MUMBAI : The talented actor Deepak Qazir who has been part of the entertainment industry for decades now, has bagged his project.

Deepak Qazir, who has been part of famous TV shows namely Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Kasautii Zindagii Kay and many others, has been roped in for Mrinal and Abhigyan Jha’s upcoming web-series The Socho Project.

The Socho Project is India’s first-ever musical web series which will revolve around the lives of budding musicians struggling to find a place for themselves in the Indian music industry.

The show, which will have 25 original songs, chronicles the journey of seven musicians, who perform various genres from pop and rap to rock and ghazals. The Socho Project comprises an ensemble cast of Lopamudra Raut, Gaurav Khanna, Gunjan Utreja, Gurpreet Bedi, Donal Bisht, Sahil Vaid, Alekh Sangal and Arif Zakaria.

Talking about Deepak Qazir’s role, he will play the character of a lawyer who will be very jovial.

The Socho Project is yet to have a release date or a streaming platform. A trailer and a few songs have already been released on YouTube. The lyrics are by Abhigyan Jha.
