Why Upen has been brought back is now pretty evident. He is there to spread love. And his Cupid’s arrow is pointed towards Karishma.

Romance is brimming between the two and as per reports, Karishma and Upen apparently lock lipped in front of the cameras.

If the shots are not edited, then the two will be seen cosying up in the bed and smooching after lights go off, in tonight’s episode.
