MUMBAI: Jaya Bhattacharya is one of the popular faces on the small screen. Known for roles in shows like, Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thii, Pinjara Khubsurti Ka, and Thapki Pyaar Ki, among others. Jaya has impressed us with her fine acting skills. The actress has continued to be a part of a number of popular shows till date and has been entertaining her fans.

She was recently seen in Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein 2. She was playing the role of Badi Maa in the show.

Recently, she was seen attending an award show, where she talked about missing working with Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms and working with her favourite television co-stars.

Jaya Bhattacharya said, 'Yes, it's been a while since I've worked with Balaji Telefilms. It was like a home to me. But, here's hoping that the opportunity presents itself.'

Talking about working in different worlds of television, theatre and OTT, she says, 'Working in these different worlds is a pleasure. All of them have a fun element of their own. The process of learning and unlearning is constant.'

Taking names of her favourite co-stars, she took names of Anupam Bhattacharya, Iqbal Khan, Akash Ahuja and Ankit Batla.
