‘Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo’ is a unique take on the relation between a mother and daughter and how over intrusiveness in the life of her married daughter leads to difficult and comical situations. Recently, when the team was shooting for the haldi sequence of a wedding happening on the show, the complete crew got into a festive spirit! The haldi powder was thrown around everywhere by the actors and crew men joyfully which turned it into an impromptu Holi celebration! The complete set was enveloped in a bright shade of yellow along with the smiling faces of all the people present on sets.

Srishti Jain aka Jaya said, “I can’t express my joy in words! It was such a fantastic experience while shooting the haldi sequence. None of us knew that IT would turn into a Holi celebration! No one knows who started it, but everyone was happy being a part of it. People were laughing and chasing each other exactly the way we do it during Holi. Haldi is also considered auspicious, so in a way it can be looked at as a good omen on our sets of Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo.”
