MUMBAI: Rohit Shetty's film Sooryavanshi has been released in theatres and the main lead Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif are promoting their film along with the director himself. This weekend they'll be appearing in the Kapil Sharma show. 

As one would expect, the episode featuring Akki and Kat was full of entertainment. The Khiladi Kumar was welcomed by Kapil and later joined in by Katrina Kaif. Katrina greeted Kapil Sharma and Archana Puran Singh but missed out Akshay Kumar. 

Akshay was quick to notice this and complained about it. He said, "Aap logo ne ek baat note ki? Jaise (Katrina) aayi, sabko hello bola. Aapko (Archana) ko namaste bolla, aapse (Kapil) mili. Mujhe mili hi nahi." 

Katrina tried to make up for her mistake immediately. She went and adorably huged him and said, "Nahi, nahi, sahi baat hai,". She also touched Akshay's feet while he joked. He then said, "Ye dekho, ye hai respect of seniors." 

Archana Puran Singh noticed Kapil's expressions and said that he is getting jealous of them. Not wanting to disappoint him, Katrina said that she dolled up in a beautiful blue dress for him. Soon, taking a dig at Akshay, she said, "Akshay ghar ke pyjama mein kyun aye hai." Reacting to this, he said that it is his home which is why he came in pyjamas and added that Katrina is new here which is why she came dressed up. 

Watching Akshay-Katrina's fun banter, Kapil said he feels fine getting mocked by the actor because he behaves in a similar manner with his co-artists to. The actress said, "Humara rishta bohot purana hai toh aise kar sakte hai." Surprised by Katrina's words, Akshay joked, "Aise mat bol, aise mat bol humare rishtey purane hai."
