The team of Sachin Mohite’s Jaasvand Entertainment recently had a ‘heart-in-the-mouth’ moment when a real snake entered the set in the wee hours while the shoot of an episodic of Life OK’s Savdhan India was on!! 

The huge coincidence was that the team was shooting for a story around ‘naag’ and ‘naagmani’ and the superstitious beliefs prevailing over it.

The introductory scene of the ‘naagmani’ was being shot late at night on the sets of FilmCity when there was an unexpected guest!!

Yes, a real ‘naag’ entered the set, and stayed put on the set for quite some time!!

A source on the set told us, “It was sheer coincidence for a snake to come exactly when we were shooting a story related to naag and naagmani. We have shot lot many times at the same location, but nothing of this sort has ever happened. And it was indeed a surprising thing for us to witness.”

We hear that the entire team stood exactly at the place they were in, and maintained complete silence when the snake was present. It sat there peacefully for a while, and then went off by itself. 

Phew!! Truly said, an animal does not harm you, till you harm the animal!! 

When contacted, Producer Sachin Mohite of Jaasvand confirmed the news saying, “Yes, it was a super coincidence. However, we did not panic and stayed our ground till the snake was there. Respect the wild, and they will never harm you.”

Unfortunately, none in the team clicked any picture of the snake, as they did not want to take any risks.

For the uninitiated, Jaasvand Entertainment recently won the Best Thriller Award at a prestigious award night recently.
