A page from the personal diary of Shritama Mukherjee Hello everyone, this is Shritama Mukherjee whom you guys know as Vinnie from Best Friends Forever on Channel [V]. Today, I am here to share some bits of my life with you guys. Born and brought up in Rajashthan, I did my schooling over there. Currently, I am here in Mumbai to earn my living. Since my childhood, I had a desire to become an actor, hence, I developed acting as my passion; but now it’s my profession. People always say that if one loves his/her profession, success follows. The only thing you need to have is self confidence. And that is in abundance in me. While I was studying for my 12th Boards, I got selected for Dekha Ek Khwaab on Sony Entertainment Television. Since the title of the show suited my passion, I became very focused on my career thereafter. Now when I see myself on television, I feel that my dreams have come true. For me, acting is something like following my dream and how can somebody not play loyal towards it. And with the passage of time, acting became easier. I still remember my first scene on camera. It was mesmerizing to see people on the sets asking me as to how could I act so beautifully though it was just the first shot of my life. To tell you the fact, I never have a problem facing the camera; I know how to play what and when. Being on the sets of Best Friends Forever is just like being at home; all my co-stars have become my real fiends. The whole team is good and understanding and we work as a family. It’s a privilege to work with them. The most important part that I miss is my hometown. I still remember the way I explored myself there. But, Mumbai, on the other hand, is teaching me how to grow. And, one thing, I always regret that I didn’t complete my graduation. College days are something which I have not experienced at all. Hmm! That’s enough for the day guys. Hope to meet you soon with some more interesting facts about me. Take care!
