After roping in Sunil Singh for a pivotal role, director turned producer Ravi Raj has roped in yet another talented name in his maiden venture (as producer), Agniphera for Zee TV. 

Actor Ibrar Yakub will play a prime character. 

Ibrar, who was last seen on TV in Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev, will make a comeback on television with this show.

He will essay the younger brother of Sunil Singh, and uncle to the male lead, Ankit Gera. 

As per sources, “While Sunil Singh (the elder brother) will have the mindset of adjusting to the changing times and let go off his zamindari, the younger brother, played by Ibrar will harbour thoughts of holding on to the zamindari lifestyle. However, Ibrar’s character will be extremely positive and caring towards his own family.”

We buzzed Ibrar, but did not get through to him. 

As we know, Agniphera has Ankit Gera and Yukti Kapoor as leads.
