MUMBAI: Popular actor Kanwar Dhillon seems to have a karmic connection with Colors. The actor has been a part of some memorable shows on the channel. And he is back on the GEC with yet another interesting character.

TellyChakkar has it exclusively that the actor has signed a new daily series on the channel.

As per our sources, Kanwar would be entering the newly launched Internet Wala Love. He will essay Shivin Narang’s on-screen brother, Samrat.

A source close to the show informs us that Kanwar’s character has been a part of the narrative from much earlier. However, the makers advanced his introduction.

We have also learnt that his character could have shades of grey, which will unfold in future episodes. Interestingly, his debut show, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, also saw him playing a negative role. His character would be a catalyst in the story.

The 25-year-old, last seen in Star Plus’ Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee, will start shooting for the daily tomorrow. His character would be introduced in the following week.

When TellyChakkar contacted Kanwar, he confirmed the development, but remained tight-lipped about other information.

Produced by Sujoy Wadhwa’s Sphere Origins, Internet Wala Love already features a stellar cast comprising Shivin Narang, Tunisha Sharma, and Minissha Lamba. Audience engagement is certain to increase with this new entry.
