MUMBAI: Krrip Kapur Suri, who was last seen in the supernatural thriller, Vish, is all set to begin the new chapter of his life. He is set to become a father. 

His wife Simran is due in the month of love, next year. An elated Krrip told Times of India, “We are due in February and coincidentally, our doctor has estimated Valentine’s Day for the delivery. Our baby will be the symbol of our love.” 

The couple had tied the knot not once, but twice. They got married as per rituals five years after Krrip first applied sindoor on Simran’s forehead following his father’s sudden demise. “We married for the second time on 5 August, last year. The first time we were to tie the knot, my father passed away on the day of our wedding. I then brought Simran home after applying sindoor, without following any rituals. We have been through a lot, but together, we have emerged stronger. Now is the time for celebrations.” 

He added, “We can’t describe in words how excited we are. Both of us want a daughter, but going by the kicks I saw during Simran’s sonography, I feel that it will be a boy (laughs!). As of now, I am busy pampering and taking care of my wife. I am spending quality time with her and my baby.”
