MUMBAI: The episode begins with Raka making a phone call to Sherlyn to inform her about executing Mahesh. A passer-by informs Karan about Mahesh's accident over a phone call. Kritika asks Preeta to pay a visit at the hospital. Sherlyn instigates the Luthra family against Preeta. Karan had left the hospital in anger while Prithvi, who was listening to Sherlyn’s accusations, praise her for narrating a false story like it was real. While Karan was feeling angry at Preeta, she arrives at the hospital and looks for Mahesh’s ward. Meanwhile, Prithvi overhears Karan talk to his friend, where he tells him that he needed a specialist doctor as these doctors were telling that the chances of Mahesh being saved was minimalistic.
Just then, Prithvi sees Preeta arrive and gets shocked to see her. Preeta rushed towards Mahesh’s ward where she feels uncomfortable to see everyone cold against her. Sherlyn wondered why everyone was not saying anything to her, just when Rishabh comes forward and tells Preeta to leave. Preeta pleads innocent when she finds the entire family blame her for Mahesh’s critical condition. Karan comes in and insults Preeta once again. Rakhi tells Preeta that she no more was her lucky charm. One by one everyone takes out their anger on Preeta while she blames Sherlyn for narrating a fake story. Karan lashes out at Preeta, as he thought she was putting up an act.
The nurse comes out and tells everyone to call someone who could donate blood to Mahesh, as the hospital’s blood bank did not have the blood available. Preeta comes out at the reception desk where Prithvi comes to her and instigates her against the Luthras. Preeta tells Prithvi about Mahesh’s visit and tells him that she would have to help Mahesh and that she wanted to donate blood to Mahesh. Prithvi wanted to stop Preeta but she rushed towards volunteering to donate the blood.
