MUMBAI: The episode begins with Sherlyn noticing Preeta keeping her identity as Mahesh's blood donor a secret. Karan leaves his lucky cricket ball for the unidentified donor and the nurse later hands it over to Preeta. Sherlyn instigates the Luthras, while Prithvi brainwashes the Aroras. Sarla yells at Preeta for having gone to the hospital and warns her against it. She tells Shristi to stay from the Luthras and that she also had had to make sure that she doesn’t break the rule. Later, Shristi calls Sammy and vents her heart out.

Meanwhile, Prithvi comes to meet Sherlyn, who tells him that Mahesh had gone in coma and that he was not capable of revealing the truth. Sherlyn confirms with Prithvi whether or not it was something to worry about. Prithvi tells Sherlyn that people who enters coma, doesn’t get cured easily. He also tells Sherlyn that while the Luthras mourn Mahesh’s condition, they would have a perfect opportunity to execute their plan and make sure they get the property of the Luthras. Sherlyn tells Prithvi that she would start work at double the speed and leave no stone unturned to make sure they destroy the Luthra family.

Meanwhile, Karan and Preeta reminisce the moments spent with each other and sobs. The next morning, Dadi tells Preeta that they needed to invite the Luthras to the wedding and insists that she invites them herself. Here, the Luthras sit at the breakfast table to have breakfast, just when Preeta comes and shocks everyone. Rakhi warms up to her and apologizes for being rude to her. Sherlyn wondered what element was Preeta made of, as in spite of repeatedly getting insulted, she had come again. Preeta asks Rakhi about Mahesh’s health and tells her about her marriage with Prithvi.
