Handsome hunk Mohit Abrol who essayed the lead role of Jo in MTV Fanaah has bagged his first historical project in & TV’s magnum opus presentation, Razia Sultan.

Yes, Mohit who has earlier been part of Balika Vadhu and Tum Saath Ho Jab Apne will essay the role of Razia Sultan’s (Pankhuri Awasthy) elder brother, Nasir. His character will have a prominent role to play, for the goodness that Nasir will possess.

He will be the blue-eyed boy who would be the successor to the throne. However, he will be the one who will go on to help Razia in becoming the Sultan.

Mohit and Pankhuri’s camaraderie stretches to their previous show, MTV Fanaah. While they will play siblings in the & TV show, they earlier played the best of friends in Fanaah.

For the uninitiated, Pankhuri earlier played the role of Sehar in Fanaah.
