Seems like the Pratyusha Banerjee suicide case is turning into a deep legal battle.

After boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh appealed to the High Court for an interim bail to avoid arrest, now it is time for Pratyusha’s family to fight back.

As per latest updates, the actress’ mom, Soma Banerjee has written a letter to the Chief Minister, Home Minister and the Police Commissoner of Mumbai appealing to transfer her case to the Crime Branch.

In the letter, she has raised questions regarding the investigation process by the Bangur Nagar Police Unit. She has also mentioned that the local police are trying to save Rahul and not working on the case.

Soma has requested the authorities to transfer the case to the Crime Branch for fair investigation.
