It's raining shows in tinsel town!

Tellychakkar.com was the first to report about Rajesh Singh Ram and Amit Singh gearing up to launch a new serial for Star Plus.

Helmed under their banner Falansha Media Pvt, it will project the tale of a mother-daughter relationship in a royal backdrop.

As exclusively reported, Narayani Shastri and Mahima Makwana will play the main roles, while Sangeeta Ghosh too enacting pivotal part.

Now, Tellychakkar.com has been informed that the channel has decided to handle the reins of the project to another production house.

Sanjot Kaur, who has earlier worked with Life OK and Star Plus in the creative team, has been asked to come on board to helm the venture. Hence, she will now be the captain of the ship under her founded banner Tauras Media.

Shares a source, “The channel had some creative discrepancies that led to Rajesh and Amit parting ways. The decision was amicable. The storyline’s quite a promising one and thus the channel decided to go ahead with it and get another producer for the same.”

The show is currently undergoing final creative polishing and is expected to launch post March (2017).

We called up Sanjot, who heard us out but refused to talk about the matter.

Our efforts to reach Rajesh and Amit proved futile. The channel spokesperson also remained unavailable to comment.
