Mahesh Shetty
We have already shared articles with our readers wherein winners in varied categories at the Twelfth Indian Telly Awards have talked about their feelings on winning the golden trophy. No, it’s the turn of tall, dark and handsome Mahesh Shetty, who bagged the award for the Best Actor in a Negative Role at the Tellys in the popular category. He won for his superb performance as Siddhanth Amarnath Kapoor (Sid) in Sony Entertainment Television’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain (Balaji Telefilms). We called up Mahesh to congratulate on which he shared, “There’s no bigger job satisfaction for an actor than to receive his viewers’ love. Receiving an award for the Best Actor in Negative Role in popular category makes me feel so loved and cherished. All those sleepless nights and cancelled holidays spent shooting seem so worthwhile now (laughs).” He continued, “I am extremely honoured and would like to thank every person who wished and voted for me to win this award. I am what I am because of them. Thank you Indian Telly Awards for making it all happen,” he concluded. Keep shining Mahesh!!!
