Uttarakhand, known for its cloudbursts and flash-floods, was recently in the news for the same, again. What many don't know is that TV actor Rithvik Dhanjani was caught in it as he was shooting for his upcoming reality show 'Man vs Job', in the same region.

Recounting the nightmarish incident, the actor shared, "We were shooting in Uttarakhand and the cloudburst happened seven kms away from us. I was stuck between landslides for almost three hours that night and with the help of the people travelling with us, we manually picked up and threw rocks off the road in the valley to clear the area."

But the ordeal didn't end there. "The moment we cleared the roads, we saw another landslide about 15 meters ahead of us, which was an alarm to call for emergency help. The locals got a few people and helped us get back to a safer place until the landslides cleared," he said.

"I think we were pretty close to some serious tragedy. We had no network and were stuck in between landslides with a dangerous terrain in front of us. We were relieved that there was no injury," he signed off.
