One doesn’t perfect horse riding without having a fall. Sachin Khurana aka Vanraj of Chandramukhi fame experienced one such fall but it had nothing to do with his horse riding. Sachin was shooting for this show at Mahableshwar. It started to rain as he was riding his horse. Seeing that Sachin was all drenched his driver ran towards him with an umbrella. As his driver opened the umbrella, the horse panicked and started to romp and jump. Unable to control his horse, Sachin fell to the ground. “I could sense the agitation of my horse and shouted to my driver not to come too close with umbrella. But my driver did not pay heed. Naturally my horse jumped and I fell down. Thank God he did not bolt off, otherwise he would have dragged me along and I would have been badly injured. As it is my pride was injured,” said Sachin. Moral of the story – Horses are afraid of umbrellas.
