MUMBAI: Trouble Maker Productions, who have earlier produced the show Goldie Ahuja Matric Pass on Disney, are working on a new show for Star Plus.
According to our sources, the story revolves around the male protagonist who can travel in a time machine.
We have learnt that makers have locked talented actor Satyajeet Dubey for the male lead. Satyajeet has many projects to his credits. He is known for his stint in films like Always Kabhi Kabhi and Baankey Ki Crazy Baraat.
Our sources inform us that beautiful TV actresses Sonal Vengurlekar and Krissan Barretto are in the race to play the female lead.
Sonal was last in Star Bharat’s Saam Daam Dand Bhed and Krissan a played negative role in Colors’ Tu Aashiqui.
When we contacted Krissan, she shared, ‘Yes, I have been approached for the show, but things are yet to be finalized.’
Sonal remained unavailable, and we could not get though Satyajeet for a comment.
