Yes, this is exactly what Shireena experienced a month back when her boyfriend proposed in style, bending on his knees before the amazing church in Reykjavik.

We hear Shireena stood amazed and thrilled at the proposal, and spontaneously gave him a positive reply...

Shireena who has done shows Ek Mutthi Aasmaan, Police Factory will get engaged to Vishnu Rao, who serves as a Pilot with SpiceJet. While Shireena belongs to the Rajput clan from Kashmir, Rao is a South Indian. The families of the love birds have fixed their alliance and are now on the verge of finalizing the wedding date.

Says Shireena about her experience of being loved, “Vishnu is an amazing guy and we met through a common friend. We liked going out together and met for lunches, dinners so on and so forth. Ultimately, we fell in love and we wanted to take the relationship to the next level.”

Talking about the beautiful and romantic proposal, the girl expresses her happiness saying, “Vishnu arranged a trip to Iceland, and when I flew with our friends, I never expected him to propose. But he had planned this trip only for a grand love proposal. And to get proposed for marriage at such an amazing place was simply superb. Every girl dreams of a great love journey and I was bowled over, when Vishnu stood in front of the church looking at me with love in his eyes. He instantly went down on his knees and asked me for marriage. I was thrilled.”

On her plans for the future, the girl avers, “Well, we will have our roka in Delhi in October this year. The wedding will be held early next year. Our elders are on the verge of working out the date. Our wedding will again be held in Delhi; we will give a reception in Mumbai later on.”

Ask her about her acting career post marriage and she quips “Nothing will change after marriage. I will surely work. We will have to work out a happy lifestyle which will revolve around our professional commitments.”
