MUMBAI: Actor Abhinav Kohli has moved the court for the cancellation of interim bail of his estranged wife Shweta Tiwari.

The actor's lawyer when contacted said, "Shweta had gone away to South Africa for shooting without informing the court. We have moved the court and hearing of the case wherein she has to file a reply in the case."

Meanwhile, when contacted both the lawyers refused to comment

Abhinav Kohli has also moved the court for his child's custody and the hearing of the case is on Wednesday.

Earlier, Abhinav has brought it to public attention that Shweta or her lawyer has not responded to his legal notice and nobody showed up at the court too at the time of hearing of the case earlier.

He had shared several videos on social media wherein he informed his fans and followers about the weary procedure of court proceedings regarding his case.

For the unversed, Abhinav had accused actress Shweta Tiwari of leaving their son Reyansh alone in a hotel and flew off to Cape Town for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’s shoot. Moreover, he has also cited that Shweta snatched his son from him.

In reply to his allegations, the Mere Dad Ki Dulhan actress had shared a video of Abhinav allegedly assaulting her in their society area. The events in the video also showed Reyansh being scared of his father. The actress deleted the video later.

In the recent past, Abhinav had posted a video and blamed Shweta for keeping his son away from him on Father’s Day.
