Star Bharat’s next an adaption of Hum Hai Rahi...; Ishant-Arshifa on board

MUMBAI: TellyChakkar was the first one to report about Full House Media’s upcoming project on Star Bharat. The talented duo, Amir Jaffar and Sonali Jaffar, the head honcho’s of the production house, is helming the project with much panache.

According to a reliable lead, the show is apparently going to be an adaption of the 1993’s hit classic Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke. The untitled daily will be on the lines of the film that starred the iconic actors Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla.

As per TellyChakkar’s earlier reportage, TV actress Sana Sayyad is reportedly playing the female lead.

Now the latest information that we’ve gathered is that two actors have ostensibly joined the project. A little birdie informs, Sony TV’s Hanuman fame child artist Ishant Bhanushali is playing one of the three kids.

Another child actor who has bagged a prime role in the show is Arshifa Khan. The young starlet gained fame for her work in Star Plus’ Veera. Khan will reprise the role of Munni played by Baby Ashrafa.

The male lead is yet to be finalized. The show is currently at nascent stage and everything is not crystal clear yet.

For those who are not aware, Hum Hai Rahi Pyaar Ke is a National and Filmfare Award winning film. It also starred Kunal Khemmu as a child artist and was the blockbuster of the year.

It seems like it is the trend of adaption of movies on the idiot box. We couldn’t reach out to any of the above mentioned names for a comment.
