MUMBAI: Bigg Boss Marathi has made a loyal fan base for itself. For all the ardent followers of the show, here’s some good news.

The much awaited reality show is back with its third season now. Yes, you read that right!

And guess what? Mahesh Manjrekar will return as the host of the show.

The makers, Endemol Shine India, producers of Bigg Boss, confirmed the news recently on social media. They shared the first teaser of Bigg Boss Marathi 3. Sharing the teaser of Bigg Boss Marathi 3, the makers tagged Mahesh Manjrekar. The teaser is captioned in Marathi which roughly translates to, "The doors of Bigg Boss will open soon and the only sound heard will be of Bigg Boss Marathi (sic)."

According to the reports, Bigg Boss Marathi 3 will launch next month. It was initially planned to be launched on May 2021 but the pandemic put a halt to it. The makers are currently in the final process of the show and once contracts are signed, the selected contestant will be put under quarantine.

For the uninitiated, the Marathi version of Bigg Boss was launched in 2018 on Colors Marathi. The previous seasons of Bigg Boss Marathi were by Megha Dhade and Shiv Thakare. Meanwhile, the lunch date, theme and the contestants' list of Bigg Boss Marathi 3 will be announced soon.
