MUMBAI: Zain Imam, who started his career with “Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan”, became a household name with “Naamkarann” and has impressed all with his powerful performances on “Khatron Ke Khiladi 9.”
Not only this but TellyChakkar readers Showted their approval of Zain Imam by selecting him as the TellyChakkar Showters’ Choice Star of the Week.
He received 91% Yes Showts. This week’s Showt Star of the Week contest included several of the best actors in the Television Industry.
Joining Zain were Shaheer Sheikh, Karan Tacker, Mohsin Khan, Parth Samthaan, Kushal Tandon and Vivian Dsena.
Shaheer Sheikh, an actor who has witnessed tremendous growth in his career, received 90% Yes Showts to place second. From playing chocolaty boy Anant in “Navya”, Arjun in “Mahabharat”, smart and suave Dev in “Kuch Rang” to the iconic character of Salim in “Dastaan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali” and will be soon coming on Rajan Shahi’s show “Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke” which is spin-off of “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai”.
Karan Tacker, who was last seen in “Bepannah” and “Ace of Space” and has a well-sculpted physique, received 88% Yes Showts. He may not have featured in many daily soaps, but he has made a mark as an anchor on reality shows and is adored by his fans.
Parth Samthaan, who needs no introduction and plays the lead role of Anurag in the serial “Kasautii Zindagii Kay”, received 86% Yes Showts. The actor has a massive fan following and his chocolate boy looks and dimples have captivated the hearts of his female fans.
Mohsin Khan who is enjoying much attention due to his role of Kartik in the show “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” received 85% Yes Showts. His romantic tale with Naira aka Shivangi Joshi keeps the viewers hooked to the show and Vivian Dsena who is undoubtedly loved for being a doting husband on-screen in his role as Harman opposite Rubina Dilaik in Colors’ “Shakti” also received 85% Yes Showts. The audience not only loves watching him on TV but is also in awe of his well-chiseled body, ruggedly handsome looks, and his amazing personality in real life.
Lastly, Kushal Tandon, who is known for his roles in 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' and 'Beyhadh', and his stint on 'Bigg Boss 7', made him a household name and was last seen in the web-series “Hum - I'm Because of Us” which was a huge success. Also, the ‘banda-ye-bindaas-hai’ tag suits him perfectly and that’s what makes him desirable, but in Telly Chakkar Showters choice of the week contest, he received only 82% Yes Showts.
