MUMBAI : The Tunisha Sharma case is one of the most controversial and talked about cases in recent times.
The actress had committed suicide on the 24th of December by hanging herself in Sheezan’s makeup room, and was later rushed to the hospital where she was declared brought dead.
Post that, both Tunisha and Sheezan’s families held separate press conferences, where they portrayed their points and shared their side of the story.
Sheezan was sent for a 14-day judicial custody where the police are still investigating the case, and more and more revelations will be coming out.
Today was Sheezan’s bail hearing. The court rejected his bail plea and he will continue to be in judicial custody.
His bail was adjourned today by the Vasai court till the 9th of January, and that’s when the judge will pronounce his decision.
Sheezan’s lawyer has said that the main lawyer of the complaint wasn’t there as he was unwell, plus Tunisha’s mother who filed the complaint was in Chandigarh. Hence the court was told to file the papers and put their views ahead on Monday.
On Monday afternoon, the judge will give his judgment on whether the actor will get bail or not.
Recently, the police had said that Sheezan and his secret girlfriend had deleted the chats from WhatsApp post the incident, and now they have retrieved it. Further investigation has to be done.
