Arjun fame Behzaad Khan has finally got his due!! After working hard on TV shows like Arjun and Razia Sultan, the actor has now taken the Hollywood route...

Yes, Behzaad is presently shooting in Srilanka for a Hollywood film titled Solar Eclipse – Depth of Darkness.

The story will be a conspiracy theory blended with fiction, but based on the solid fact that police was well aware of the plot to assassinate Mahatma Gandhi in the year 1948. Solar Eclipse is an action packed drama that focuses on the lives of three police men who were well aware of Gandhi’s life being at risk.

The movie is being directed by Karim Traidia, and produced by Pankaj Sehgal and Lakshmi R. Iyer.

We hear that Behzaad will play the main antagonist  in the movie, and his character name will be Vishnu Karkare. The movie also includes a stellar star cast in Stephen Lang, Bobby Phillips, Luke Pasqualino, along with Om Puri, Rajat Kapoor and Nasser.

When contacted, Behzaad confirmed the news saying, “Yes, this is a big break for me, and I have been in Srilanka for quite some time now, shooting for the movie.”

As we know, Behzaad’s macho man role in Arjun was well-appreciated by viewers. After Razia, the actor bagged this plump offer and has worked a lot to get into the skin of the character.

The movie is slated for a 2017 release.
