Upasana Singh excited to work with Rishi Kapoor in Hindi romcom

Upasana Singh, who plays the funny and adorable character of Bua is quite well-known for her punch lines ‘Kaun hai ye aadmi’ in Comedy Nights With Kapil and her infamous abba dabba jabba from the film Judaai.

And guess what? The actress who is busy with television currently will soon be seen in a Hindi film and is super excited to be back on the 70mm.

Upasana will be seen in Shashi Ranjan’s upcoming romcom (yet untitled) that will chronicle the journey of a couple right from their engagement to their marriage. Apart from Upasana, the film also stars many renowned actors namely Rishi Kapoor, Satish Kaushik, Himani Shivpuri, Kitu Gidwani and Parmeet Sethi.

An elated Upasana shared, “After a small break, it feels great to be part of Bollywood film again. We have already shot few scenes in Delhi and soon we will go to Mauritius to complete the rest of the shooting. In the film, I play the lead actor’s mom and my role will have a comic touch. I am very excited to work with the very talented actor Rishiji.”
